Thai Basil Beef ( PAD GRA PROW)
This is a really tasty Thai dish and makes the hard work of growing Thai Holy Basil really worth it. It is always nice to grow herbs that you have a use for.
Ingredients
400 grams of steak cut into thin strips
5-6 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
1/2 a Pepper thinly sliced
1 Onion thinly sliced
2 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon of Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Fish sauce
Couple of Pinches of sugar
25 grams of Holy Basil
Some Coriander to Garnish
Method
1) In a Wok Sear the Beef for 1-2 minutes and take out
2)Stir fry the Veg for about 1-2 minutes
3) Toss the Beef back add the Soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce and cook for about a minute
4) Add the Thai Holy Basil and cook until wilted and serve with rice
