Daegu Part 1 South Korea
I have been to Daegu only once and it was a very pleasant experience. The reason for going there was to see some members of my Wife's family. I remember the Train journey from Busan took just over an hour and I left the city needing to see more , but I was happy nonetheless to have been able to have had the chance to experience it.
Daegu is the fourth city of South Korea and it literally means Large Hill. It has a sub tropical climate which lends itself to growing apples , hence the nickname apple city.
