My Special Fried Rice
Hello there ,I know there is more Special Fried rice recipes than there are days of the week. This is my version so I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients Serves 4
250-300 grams of Cooked rice
3-4 Spring Onions chopped quite finely
100 grams of cooked Ham or Chicken chopped
150 grams of Peas
1 Large egg beaten with salt and pepper
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Oyster sauce
1 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
Some shredded lettuce for Garnish.
Method
1) Fry the Spring Onion for 2 minutes in nut oil
2) Add the Cooked meat and cook for a further minute
3) Add the Cooked rice
4) Add the peas along with the Soy sauce and Oyster sauce
5) Make a well and add the beaten egg and let it cook then mix well into the rice
6) Check for seasoning add more soy sauce and oyster sauce if needed
7) Add the seasame oil mix in
8) Garnish with Shredded lettuce and serve
