Seared Scallops Hong Kong Style

Enjoy this easy and Quick Scallop dish.

Ingredients for 2

8 King size Scallops
4 Spring Onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tablespoon finely chop
1 Tablespoon of Chilli
1 Tablespoon of Shreeded Carrot
Half a pepper cut into 1cm  pieces
1 Tablespoon of Dark Soy Sauce

Ingredients

1) Heat the oil in a wok  and sear the scallops and remove from pan
2) Add the veg and stir fry for 2 minutes
3) Add the scallops and mix for a minute and add the soy sauce mix well and serve
