Asian Prawn Balls

Asian Prawn balls are a great lunch idea.

Ingredients

300g of Raw Prawns
2 tsp of Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp of Mirin
Cornstarch 2 Tbsp
Plain Flour
1 Egg beaten
Bread Crumbs
Oil for Frying

Method

1) In a Chopper  finely Chop Raw prawn and add  the garlic and mirin
2) Add Cornstarch to the mixture and mix well and make  16 ball shapes
3) Did in flour , Egg  and breadcrumbs
4) Deep dry or Shallow fry until golden
5) Serve with a salad
