Fish in a Lemon Butter sauce
This is an easy sauce to make to liven up most fish Enjoy.
Ingredients
Juice of 1 Lemon
half a shallot chopped
salt
50 grams of cold butter diced.
Some Herbs such as Parsley
Method
1) Add the Lemon Juice, shallot and salt and reduce by half
2) Slowly add the butter so it slowly melts
3) Add the herbs
4) Pour on your cooked fish
