Crab Pasta

This pasta dish is so easy to prepare that it can be prepared as a midweek meal.

Ingredients

250g of Crab meat
A small handful of Flat leaf Parsley, plus extra to Garnish
1 Garlic Clove Crushed
1 tin of Chopped tomatoes
90 ml of dry white wine
350g of dried pasta
salt and black pepper to taste

Method

1) Heat 2 Tbsps of oil in a large saucepan, Add the parsley and Garlic, with salt and pepper to taste and fry for a few minutes until the garlic begins to brown.
2) Add the Tomatoes, Pounded crabmeat and wine, cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes
3) Meanwhile, cook the pasta and add the pasta to the crab pasta sauce
