Yorkshire Pudding
Nothing can be so English as a Yorkshire Pudding . Its a lovely compliment with Beef and its very easy to do. I hope you Enjoy
Ingredients
100 g of Plain Flour
1/4 tsp of salt
3 Large Eggs
225 ml of Milk
Sunflower Oil
Method
1)Measure the Flour and salt and make a well in the centre then add the milk and some milk and whisk whilst you add all the egg and you have a smooth batter.( Leave over night for best results)
2)Then depending on how you cook add the following oil , 12 bun try one dessert spoon of oil per hole , 4 Bun try 1 Tablespoon of oil per hole or a roasting tin 3 tablespoons.
3)Then heat your oven at 220 oC once the temperature has reached let the oil heat for 10 minutes so its very hot.
4)Then add the batter and cook for 20-25 minutes if your using a bun try or 35 minutes for a baking tray and serve
